Title: Registered Nurse

Location: New York, NY (Onsite)

Employment Type: Full Time, Mon-Fri 10:00am-06:00pm - Sat Rotation

Compensation

Pay Range: $70.00-$75.00 Per HR

Description

Provide comprehensive nursing care by assessing patient health.

Develop care plans and maintain medical records.

Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure quality patient care.

Advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention.

Participate in performance and quality improvement activities.

Work with LPNs and Medical Assistants to support clinical providers.

Pediatric Experience Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess patient health problems and needs.

Implement nursing care plans and maintain medical records.

Administer preventive care services to patients.

Provide medical case management and advice on health maintenance.

Maintain accurate and detailed reports and records.

Oversee performance and quality improvement activities.

Qualifications

Current New York State Registered Nursing License (BS preferred).

CPR Certification.

Infection Control Certification.

Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

Covid Vaccination required.
