Job Description

Seeking experienced pediatric oncology RNs to provide safe, compassionate care in a team-oriented environment. Nurses will work in the General HemOnc AMB unit and are expected to collaborate closely with staff and support beyond individual assignments.

Requirements

• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric Hem/Onc experience – Required
• Pediatric BMT experience – Required
• BMT training not required
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Certifications:
• BLS (AHA) – Required
• PALS (AHA) – Required
• APHON Chemotherapy Certification – Required
• Licensure:
• Active RN license – Required at time of submission
• NURSYS report with all active RN licenses – Required
• Vaccination:
• Flu vaccine – Required
• No exemptions accepted (medical or religious)
• Do not submit candidates who cannot receive a flu vaccine
• Other Requirements:
• Nicotine-free facility – candidates will be tested
• EMR: Epic
• RTO must be included at time of submission
• Scrub Color: Any color
