Title: Clinical Assurance Compliance Nurse Specialist RN II

Pay Range:$50.00-$55.00/Hrs

Description

Review regulatory, contractual, and accreditation standards for compliance.

Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs and Compliance for documentation exchange.

Conduct internal audits for referral and complex case management.

Participate in creating and presenting training materials.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain Health Services Policies/Procedures and training materials.

Work with Regulatory Affairs to update department documents.

Develop Medical Management training materials.

Prepare departments for external and internal audits.

Develop and revise audit tools and provider trainings.

Provide training and consultation to delegates.

Ensure confidentiality and improve job function efficiency.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license.

Experience in healthcare compliance and auditing.

Knowledge of regulatory standards and accreditation.
