• A growing, forward-thinking healthcare practice, proudly serving the greater New Haven community, is looking to add a PACU RN to their team. This is one of largest Orthopaediatric facilities in New England with multiple offices. They specialize in providing exceptional orthopaedic care with compassion and a focus on superior patient outcomes. What You’ll Do:

• You’ll provide comprehensive, compassionate care from patient admission to discharge in our state-of-the-art PACU. Your responsibilities will include:
• Assessing patient conditions and tailoring individualized care plans.
• Monitoring patients post-op, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Collaborating with a strong, supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Educating patients and families throughout the recovery process.
• Handling emergency situations with calm confidence.
• Upholding high clinical standards and patient satisfaction.
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of RN experience (PACU, ICU, or Ortho backgrounds welcome!)
• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
• Current CT RN license
• Current or can be obtained within 90 days of hire: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
