Join The MercyOne Family! We Are Looking To Hire a Registered Nurse For Our Cardiac Cath Lab! As An RN At MercyOne, You Will

• Provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally-competent care for adult patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiac procedures
• Key accountabilities include assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
• Adherence to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
• During procedures, the nurse will function in one of three roles with distinct competencies applied to each role: circulating nurse, scrub nurse, or recorder
  
  

General Requirements & Education

• Education: Associate's Degree
• Field Of Study: Nursing
• Special Training: ACLS within 6 months; Basic Life Support.
• Training Preferred: Cardiovascular or critical care experience
• Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Iowa
• Experience: More than 6 months preferred
