We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to work with an urgent PEDS client in Union, MO. G-tube, nebulizer, and ABI vest experience preferable, but training will be conducted during orientation. Shifts are Monday through Friday, 12:30pm-7:30 or 8:00pm.

Daily responsibilities

· Assist PEDS client with family/social activities and actively promote independence at home.

· Responsible for identification of PEDS client medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plan.

· Provide daily reports concerning PEDS client conditions, care, and needs for nursing supplies.

· Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.

· Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services for PEDS client and assist in the coordination of nursing care in the home environment.

Qualifications:

· Current nursing license valid in Missouri

· Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the client while on duty

· CPR Certification
