• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of ICU experience required
• Surgical/trauma ICU experience preferred
• Certifications Required:
• ACLS
• Licensure:
• Active RN license required
• EMR System:

Skills & Responsibilities

Required Skills:

• ICU-level care for trauma, post-op, vascular, and abdominal surgery patients
• Familiarity with chest tubes, wound vacs, and other surgical equipment
• Ability to float to:
• Medical ICU
• Neuro ICU
• Cardiac ICU
• Cardiothoracic ICU
• Intermediate Care (IMC) units (ratios 1:3)

• Number of Beds: 52
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 in ICU; 1:3 in IMC
• Scrub Color: Not mandatory (hospital color is blue)
