Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

What You'll Do

As an LPN, you will be crucial in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their health and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Medication Management: Accurately and safely administer medications to residents as prescribed in their care plans.
  • Treatment and Care: Perform treatments as directed by physicians' orders and within your scope of practice.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Meticulously record and report changes in a resident’s condition, including any new symptoms or changes.
  • Compliance: Ensure all duties are performed in strict adherence to local, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently.

Qualifications

  • Must have an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
  • Familiarity with computer systems.
  • Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred but not required. We are committed to your success and will provide the training you need.
