A leading healthcare provider in Los Angeles is currently seeking an experienced Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join their dedicated Women's Health team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional care within a community health setting.

About the Opportunity:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 8am to 5pm
• Setting: Community Clinic

Responsibilities:

• Performing nursing procedures, including checking vital signs, phlebotomy, and administering immunizations
• Collecting, labeling, and sending laboratory specimens according to protocols
• Assisting physicians with patient examinations and direct care procedures
• Ensuring complete and accurate entry of patient data into the electronic health record
• Educating patients on procedures and discharge care
• Facilitating patient flow by managing records and communication
• Adhering to safety and confidentiality regulations

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in OBGYN or community health settings
• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification in California
• Proficiency in direct patient care, clinical skills, and EHR systems
• Excellent communication skills

Desired Skills:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Experience with electronic medical records (ECW system)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
