The Database Administrator/Clinical Coordinator will serve as the site administrator for multiple hospital databases and programs, including but not limited to policy & procedures and contract origination through the USPI/Tenet eRFA portal. Responsibilities include database maintenance, tracking/trending of contracts, report generation, staff training, and end user support. Other responsibilities include supporting the CNO by performing diversified, responsible, and confidential duties.

Required Skills:

• High School graduate with some college preferred.
• Demonstrates proficient use of Microsoft Office, and multiple software systems.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality is crucial.
• Possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Possess the ability to deal tactfully with department heads as well as with visitors.
• Must possess the ability to prioritize responsibilities and have the ability to make independent decisions, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
