Orthopedics Registered Nurse – Panama City, FL

Healthcare Support is actively seeking an Orthopedics Registered Nurse for a permanent, full-time role with a well-respected Healthcare company in Panama City, FL.

Daily Responsibilities For Orthopedics Registered Nurse

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and during shift, promptly identifying and reporting any changes
• Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the provider, and ensure thorough and timely documentation
• Provided exceptional care by responding to patient requests, proactively anticipating patient needs
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about the patient's medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects, and follow-up measures, ensuring complete understanding by translating complex medical terminology.
  
  

Required Qualifications For Orthopedics Registered Nurse

• Florida RN license
• 1 year of acute care experience, preferably Med/Surg
• BLS within 30 days of hire

Pay Details: $27.72 - $39.60/hour + Shift Differentials ($4/h for nights and $5.25/h for weekends)

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (2-year commitment)
  
  

Shift: 3x12, 7pm – 7am (Rotating weekends)
