Responsibilities:

As a Charge Nurse, you'll oversee daily CNA functions on your assigned unit, ensuring adherence to facility policies. You'll also assist with maintaining comprehensive resident records, including admissions, discharges, assessments, and medication logs. Timely room checks for new residents are also part of your role, along with other duties assigned by nursing leadership.

Qualifications:

We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active Wisconsin license. Long-term care experience is required. While prior staff management experience and computer proficiency are preferred, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively is key.
