Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 5p-1a

Pay: $54.65 - $72.42/hr based on experience

The On Call Hospice Field RN will be responsible for the following duties:

• Providing emergent and urgent nursing care to hospice patients during after-hours periods.
• Assessing patient conditions, implementing care plans and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to work flexibly and handle sensitive situations with compassion with diverse populations.
• Must be willing to commute to patients homes in Brooklyn, Bronx, and Manhattan
  
  

Requirements

• Current NY drivers license with reliable transportation
• Minimum three (3) years of nursing experience, including hospice, medical-surgical, or community home health.
• Current NYS RN license, BSN Preferred
