What You’ll Do As a Pediatric RN

In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our mission—bringing exceptional care into the home. Your work will include:

• Conducting assessments and creating tailored care plans.
• Delivering skilled, professional, and empathetic nursing care.
• Building trust with patients, families, and fellow team members.
• Observing and reporting changes in condition quickly and accurately.
• Adapting to each child’s unique needs in their home environment.
• Leading with compassion and excellence in every interaction.
  
  

What It Takes To Succeed

• RN degree from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license
• 1+ year of nursing experience (pediatric experience preferred)
• Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to travel within your service area (up to 50%)
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
