Responsibilities:

• Daily Documentation
• Transcribe physicians’ orders to MARs
• Notify pharmacy of new orders
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.
  
  

Qualifications:

Must possess an active and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License within the state of Wisconsin.
