NaphCare has an excellent opportunity for a RN/Clinical Project Manager to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters office in Birmingham, AL.

Under the direction of the Senior Vice President of Jail Operations, the RN-Clinical Project Manager is responsible for coordinating various project elements, setting objectives, coordinating development and training of new or revised clinical processes and monitoring progress of projection implementation related to our comprehensive healthcare operation.

Qualifications
Requirements / Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Nursing license required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must possess strong written communication, verbal skills, and computer skills.
- 3-5 years of clinical experience required; leadership experience in a healthcare setting preferred; correctional experience highly desirable.

- Interpersonal Skills—the individual builds strong relationships and adapts communication styles to different individuals, groups and situations, including interdepartmental teams, regulatory bodies, vendors and clients.

- Planning/organizing—the individual prioritizes and plans work activities, uses time efficiently and develops realistic action plans.
- Quality control—the individual demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
- Dependability—the individual is consistently at work and on time, follows instructions, responds to management direction and solicits feedback to improve performance.
- Safety and security—the individual actively promotes and personally observes safety and security procedures, and uses equipment and materials properly.
