Title: Registered Nurse - Womens Health

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week

Compensation:

Pay Range: $48.00 - $50.00

Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinic working in Women’s Health. This role offers the opportunity to provide holistic care to women across the lifespan, focusing on preventive health, reproductive care, prenatal support, and overall wellness. The RN will play a key role in patient education, care coordination, and clinical support in collaboration with our providers.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a women’s health setting.
• Support providers during exams, procedures, and prenatal visits.
• Conduct patient assessments, health screenings, and triage walk-ins.
• Administer medications, injections, and vaccines as ordered.
• Educate and counsel patients on family planning, reproductive health, prenatal care, and general wellness.
• Provide guidance and follow-up for patients with abnormal results.
• Assist with minor procedures such as Pap smears, IUD and LARC insertions/removals.
• Collaborate with the care team to support care coordination, patient outcomes, and quality improvement initiatives.
  
  

Qualifications

• Current NJ Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• BLS certification (required).
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience - ideal working in outpatient setting
• Strong skills in patient education and health promotion.
• Ability to triage and respond to urgent women’s health concerns.
• Experience assisting with minor office procedures preferred.
