A Bit About Us
We’re a mission‑driven care team that believes nurses deserve time, tools, and trust to practice at the top of their license. In our Medical Intermediate Care (IMCU/Step‑Down) unit, you’ll find collaborative hospitalists, responsive charge leadership, and a culture where ideas from the bedside actually shape practice. We invest heavily in precepting, ongoing training, and clinical ladders—so whether you aim to deepen step‑down expertise or springboard to ICU, ED, or leadership, we grow with you. Expect modern tech, evidence‑based protocols, and an environment that values safety, transparency, and teamwork as much as clinical excellence.
Why join us?
Health Coverage Medical, dental, vision with low employee premiums; HSA/FSA options
Retirement 403(b)/401(k) with up to 6% employer match; additional annual discretionary contribution
Growth & Education Paid certification prep (e.g., PCCN/NIHSS), $5,000–$7,500/yr tuition assistance, paid CEUs, clinical ladder differentials
