Orthopedic RN – $15K Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a patient-focused hospital team in Tallahassee, FL. In this orthopedic unit, you’ll care for patients recovering from joint replacements, fractures, and spinal procedures while focusing on pain management, wound care, mobility, and preventing post-op complications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive, team-based environment.

Schedule

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  
  

Pay

• $28.40 – $43.25/hr (based on experience)
• Shift Differentials: +$4/hr Nights | +$5.25/hr Weekends
• $ $15,000 Sign-On Bonus (Nights)

Daily Responsibilities

• Serve as a patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Provide education on medications and treatment plans
• Deliver high-quality post-operative care, including pain management and mobility support
• Monitor for complications such as infection or DVTs
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective recovery
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Active FL RN license or compact
