Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

As a RN Case Manager you will…

• Conduct welcome calls to introduce patients to the new Program.
• Education patients on what to expect while taking a specific topical medication
• Serve as a consistent point of contact, providing follow-up and support throughout the patient's treatment experience.
• Address patient questions regarding co-pay, deductible, prior authorization, and general insurance navigation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support seamless patient care and program adherence.

Work Environment: This position is going to be FULLY ON SITE.
