PER-DIEM: 7A-3P, 3P-11P, 7A-7P, 7P-7A SHIFTS AVAILABLE!

(One Weekend Per Month Is Required)

Part-Time: 7P-7A

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
  
  

Qualifications of LPN:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state of New Jersey.
• Must have valid CPR certification (BLS)
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting -preferred
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to harmoniously communicate with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)- preferred
