Location: Tallahassee, FL

Shift: Days and Nights, 7:00am – 7:00pm or 7:00 pm - 7:00 am

HealthCare Support is seeking an Medical Oncology RN to join a dedicated team in Tallahassee, FL. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality emergency care to patients across all age groups in a fast-paced environment — with the added benefit of sign-on bonus of up to $15K for Nights or $10K for Days.

Daily Responsibilities For Medical Oncology RN

• Care for a mix of oncology and med-surg patients, assessing conditions and monitoring for any changes throughout your shift. (This unit is a really good mix of Med/Surg and Oncology)
• Administer medications, monitor patient responses, and collaborate with the care team to provide safe, effective treatment.
• Support patients and families by anticipating needs, answering questions, and creating a positive care experience.
• Educate patients and caregivers on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up steps in clear, easy-to-understand terms.

Compensation Notes

• Sign-On Bonus, up to $15k for Nights and up to $10k for Days
• $29.43 - $43.25 per hour based on experience
• Shift differentials: Nights, $4 / Weekends, $5.25
  
  

Required Qualifications For Medical Oncology RN

• Florida RN License
• 1+ year of RN experience
• BLS within 30 days of hire
