Sign on Bonuses:

FT 7-3/11-7 $5,000. FT 3-11 $7,500

PT 7-3/11-7 $2,500. PT 3-11 $3,500

Responsibilities of Registered Nurse:

• The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care as well as physicians plan of treatment
• The Registered Nurse (RN) follows a plan of care designed by our Nurse Manager
• Registered Nurse (RN) Perform Medication Administration and Treatments per POC 
• Monitor residents' conditions and report accordingly by the Registered Nurse (RN) 
• Accurate documentation in accordance with the provided orders
  
  

Qualifications of Registered Nurse:

• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Jersey -Required
• Valid CPR Certificate (BLS)- Required
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
• Minimum 2+ years nursing experience in a hospital, nursing home or other healthcare setting -Preferred
• Effective communication skills, professionalism, and ability to harmoniously communicate with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
• Strong knowledge of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to nursing care centers.
