Employment Type: Contract, Day Shift, Mon-Fri 09:00am-02:30pm

Compensation

Salary: $50.00-$53.00 Per HR

Description

Manage residents' health issues and ensure compliance with health regulations.

Attend medical appointments with residents as needed.

Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of health records.

Provide preventive health care and address safety and hygiene hazards.

Train staff on medical protocols and first aid.

Communicate with guardians, care coordinators, and physicians.

Provide coverage for school health office when needed.

Key Responsibilities

Assess residents' health and manage illnesses and accidents.

Ensure residents receive mandated medical care and maintain compliance with regulations.

Document health status changes and medication regimens.

Order medical supplies and ensure proper medication management.

Train staff on health issues and emergency protocols.

Coordinate with nutritionists for residents' dietary needs.

Participate in policy formulation and staff training.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse license.

Experience In Adult Day Care Or Similar Settings Preferred.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
