Job Title: Local Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Location: Milford, DE

Shifts Available:

• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Assignment Type: 7–13 Week Contract

Weekly Hours: 32–40 hours

Pay Rate: $36.85/hour

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient health and report any significant changes
• Assist with patient assessments and care planning
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and observations
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Delaware
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of recent clinical experience preferred
• Ability to work assigned shift(s) and complete the full contract term
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
