Title: Occupational LPN

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Occupational Health

Location: Washington, IN

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8a-6p

Pay: $30/hr, varies depending on experience

The Occupational LPN duties to include but not limited to:

• Administer medical care for work or non-work-related injury or illness by giving first aid treatment, following appropriate Occupational Health Nursing Guidelines
• Obtain health care history information and may perform specific assessments or screening activities, such as mental health status, suicidal risk, cognitive screening, substance use screening, oral health screening, growth and developmental screening, or nutritional assessments, depending on scope of license
• Assist with drug screens, wellness programs, etc., and other tasks as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Successful completion of an approved practical nursing program
• Current LPN license in state of practice
• Current certification in CPR in good standing
• 2 years of related LPN experience
