Join the MercyOne Family! We are looking to hire a Registered Nurse for our Emergency Department at Silvis, IL!

Schedule

• Split: 0900-2130 or 1100-2330, 3 (12 hr) shifts per week
• Every other weekend & rotating holidays
• 2nd Shift: $5/hr differential
• 3rd Shift: $7/hr differential
• Also receive $1.50/hr weekend differential
  
  

As an RN at MercyOne, you will

• Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent patient care for all age groups requiring stabilization, and/or resuscitation
• Assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice
• Triaging and prioritizing care needs; crisis intervention for unique patient populations (e.g., sexual assault survivors)
• Emergency operations preparedness
• Adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by the ANA
• Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities
  
  

Education

• Associate's Degree
• Field Of Study: Nursing
  
  

General Requirements

• Special Training: Basic Life Support; ACLS; PALS; TNCC within 1 year; ECRN within 18 months
• Training Preferred: Baccalaureate in Nursing, TNS
• Licensure/Registration: Registered Nurse in Illinois, Registered Nurse in Iowa within 1 year
• Experience: No experience required

Pay Range: $32.25-$49.00

Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
