About The SOS Program

The Safe Options Support (SOS) Program is dedicated to helping individuals experiencing homelessness by using the Critical Time Intervention (CTI) model. Our teams work above and below ground, engaging people living on the streets and subways to build trust, address urgent needs, and connect them to long-term housing, social services, and community supports. We partner with the MTA, hospitals, and community organizations to improve safety and ensure individuals receive the care and resources they deserve.
