Nurse Manager Obstetrics

United Health Services is seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager to lead our Obstetrics Unit, which includes labor and delivery, postpartum, and newborn care. This critical leadership role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care, and fostering a supportive and collaborative environment for both patients and staff.

The Nurse Manager will provide direct supervision to clinical staff, champion evidence-based practices, and drive initiatives focused on continuous quality improvement, patient safety, and team engagement. Work Location:

• Maternity and Newborn Nursery, UHS Wilson Medical Center

Compensation Range:

• $54.17 - $81.25 per hour, depending on experience

Sign-On Incentives:

• Up to $15,000 sign on bonus for candidates who meet eligibility criteria.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing
• Current New York State Registered Nurse License
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible, relevant clinical experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Supervisory experience
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field
• Professional certification in a related nursing specialty (Nursing Administration and/or clinical practice area)
