Overview
This is an opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our client and make a difference in the lives of patients in hospice care. You will be part of a supportive team, providing essential care and coordination for patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
● Manage patient care in hospice settings
● Coordinate with healthcare teams
● Provide leadership and support to nursing staff

Schedule and Shift Details
● Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM with varying start and end times. On-call duties will rotate monthly, averaging around five shifts per month.

Travel
● Local travel required covering multiple counties.

Required Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience with Hospice
• 1+ years of experience with Home Health Care or Epic Home Health or Home Health
• 1+ years of experience with Management
• High School/GED
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Kansas (KS)
• Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) and American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certifications/licenses
• Have you applied to or worked for Residential Healthcare Group anytime in the last 6 months?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?
