We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to providing safe, high-quality care for patients before and after endoscopic procedures.

We are currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-time Pre-Op/PACU Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to providing safe, high-quality care for patients before and after endoscopic procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide preoperative and postoperative nursing care to patients undergoing endoscopic procedures
- Perform patient assessments, including vital signs, medication history, and anesthesia risk evaluation
- Educate patients and families on procedure preparation, recovery, and discharge instructions
- Monitor patients during the immediate recovery phase, responding to any complications or changes in condition
- Administer medications as ordered and maintain accurate documentation of care provided
- Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and clinical staff to ensure safe and efficient patient flow
- Maintain compliance with infection control, regulatory, and accreditation standards
- Promote patient comfort, dignity, and a positive care experience at every stage

Required Skills:
- Strong assessment and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to patient emergencies
- Collaborative team player with a patient-centered mindset
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in Pre-Op, PACU, or critical care nursing (ambulatory surgery experience preferred)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification required; PALS preferred
