Title: Registered Nurse - ACT Team

Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Contract, Day Shift, 9am to 5pm with 1 day Hybrid on Wednesday

Compensation

Pay Range: $50.00-$55.00 Per HR

Role Description

• Part of a mobile multi-disciplinary treatment team.
• Assist individuals with mental illness in obtaining permanent housing and residential support.
• Provide psychiatric treatment and substance abuse treatments.
• Offer daily living skills training and financial management skills.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical health assessments.
• Assess health needs and refer to community-based medical care.
• Administer intramuscular injections and supply medications as prescribed.
• Offer treatment, rehabilitation, and support services.
• Meet regularly with participants to assess health status.
• Provide health management education.
• Coordinate medical treatment with primary medical providers.
  
  

RN Qualifications

• Licensed Registered RN in the state of New York.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient in generic office software.
• Ability to research material via the internet.
