Pay: $54.65/hour-$68.00! pending on experience and education

This Hospice, RN will be responsible for the following duties:

• Collaborates with the Interdisciplinary team, coordinating comprehensive nursing services.
• Informs the physician and other Hospice personnel of any changes in the patients condition.
• Assists in the explanation of Hospice eligibility criteria and reimbursement sources.
  
  

Requirements

• Two(2) years experience in nursing which includes any combination of medical-surgical, oncological, palliative and community home health/hospice. One (1) year of hospice/home health preferred.
• Current NYS Registered Nurse license
• Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing
