Sign-on Bonuses - Full-Time - $12,000 and Part-Time - $6,000

Responsibilities of LPN:

• Provide patient care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the written plan of care, as well as physician’s plan of treatment
• Follow a plan of care designed by Nurse Manager
• Perform medication administration and treatments per plan of care (POC)
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report accordingly
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with orders provided
  
  

Qualifications of LPN:

• Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine required
• A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an LPN in the state please list the state that is required for role
• Ability to work with multiple patients at once
