Nursing Manager – Metarie or St. Rose, LA area

Full-time | $108K–$160K (negotiable based on experience)

Our client is a leading provider of home infusion therapy, committed to delivering high-quality care in a professional and compassionate environment. As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a hands-on Nursing Manager to lead from the front—balancing team leadership with patient-centered support.

What You’ll Do

• Manage, mentor, and coach the nursing team
• Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, and coverage
• Coordinate patient care and logistics with physicians, pharmacy, and partners
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
• Track performance metrics and care analytics
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and high standards of care
• Step in to support patient care as needed—this is a true “player-coach” role
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• BSN required; MSN or Healthcare Administration preferred
• Active RN license in Louisiana
• 5+ years of nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Background in infusion therapy, home health, or long-term care
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• Solutions-focused mindset with a passion for patient care and team development
