A healthcare organization in Albany, NY is currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join their team. This full-time role involves providing exceptional nursing care to residents and supporting the RN in need assessments.

About the Opportunity:

• Shift: Night Shift
• Schedule: Friday to Monday
• Hours: 7pm to 7am
• Setting: Residential Facility

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring interventions outlined in resident care plans are implemented
• Maintaining all required documentation
• Overseeing the CNAs
• Ensuring quality resident care
• Responding and assisting in medical emergencies
• Performing other duties, as needed

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of Acute Care or Long-Term Care experience
• NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Knowledgeable in tube feed experience, trachs, and similar procedures
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer skills

Desired Skills:

• Critical Care experience
• Experience in Outpatient and Skilled Nursing settings
• Comfortable handling pediatric and adolescent care
