Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Shift Time: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Pay Rate: $40 per hour

Contract Duration: 5 Weeks

Job Description:

• We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Elaine Center at Hadley.
• The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting.
• Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring patient health, assisting with daily care needs, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to resident-centered care.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Massachusetts (required)
• Prior experience in long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide compassionate care in a fast-paced environment
