Unit Details

• Beds: 7 Labor Rooms + 5 Triage Beds
• Cost Center: 770
• Shift: Nights
• Patient Ratios: Follows AWHONN staffing guidelines
• Staffing Support: 1 CNA per shift alongside RNs
• Documentation Systems: GE-CPN and Meditech
• Scheduling Requirements: Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts
• Floating Policy: May float to Women’s Center if willing
• On-Call Expectations: 1 call shift every 2 weeks
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Patient Population: Labor & Delivery, Antepartum
  
  

Required Qualifications

Candidates must have the following certifications:

• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program)
• STABLE Certification
• AWHONN Fetal Monitoring Course (Intermediate or Advanced)
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience in labor & delivery and antepartum care
• Familiarity with GE-CPN and Meditech systems
