What You Will Do:

• Coordinate health care needs for individuals with mental illness.
• Monitor client medications and collaborate with community health resources.
• Deliver psychiatric nursing services in alignment with physician orders.
• Act as a consultant and provide educational support to clients and community.
• Engage in community-based work.
  
  

What You Will Need:

• PA State Licensed Registered Nurse.
• Experience in community mental health facilities and psychiatric care.
• 3-4 years of supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of psychiatric clinical and psychosocial rehabilitation practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Available for local travel; valid driver's license required.
