Shift Availability (with Every Other Weekend):

Nights: 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM (4 openings)

Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:15 PM (4 openings)

Days: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM (5 openings)

We are seeking dedicated and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for an immediate opportunity in Brooklyn. This role is open to nurses who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a team in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality care to patients under RN/physician supervision.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.
• Monitor and document patient progress using paper-based records.
• Assist patients with daily living activities and ensure their safety.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure the best outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of experience (nursing home experience required)
• Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing OR an equivalent approved program
• Reliable, flexible, and motivated to learn.
• Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills.
• Willingness to adapt to paper documentation processes.
