We are seeking a Registered Nurse Case Manager/Discharge Planning/Utilization Review to join our team!!
- Schedule: 8AM-4:30PM, M-F**
- The Case Manager coordinates the discharge planning of BOSHA inpatients and assists with all other case management needs as requested.

Required Skills:
Education/License:
- Current license as a Registered Nurse in TX
- CCM preferred
Required Experience:
- One to three years' experience in Case Management.
1 year Utilization Review and Acute Care experience required.
- Relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Demonstrate competent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Joint Commission, CMS, Private Insurance and TDSHS standards.
- Basic computer knowledge. Word and Excel preferred
- Possess the ability to make independent decisions and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
