Inpatient Hospice RN

HealthCare Support is seeking an Inpatient Hospice RN who is passionate and interested in providing end-of-life care for a non profit in Murfreesboro, TN!

Pay Details: $31.79/hr - $36.94/hr + differentials

Shift Details: 3x12s

Daily Responsibilities For The Inpatient Hospice RN

• Applies the nursing process and evidence-based standards of practice to deliver comprehensive care for assigned patients.
• In partnership with the interdisciplinary team, the patient, and the family, develops and carries out an individualized hospice plan of care.
• Proactively identifies potential risks and initiates appropriate interventions to prevent complications, while addressing both physical and emotional needs to promote comfort and quality of life.
  
  

Required Qualifications For The Inpatient Hospice RN

• Clear and active RN License in TN
• 1+ year of experience in hospice, oncology, home health, ER, ICU, Med/Surg, LTC, and/or acute care
• Must be passionate about end-of-life care
