Community Medical Centers is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Manager, Resource for a nursing job in Fresno, California.

Responsibilities:

As the Manger of House Resources you’ll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Recognizing the contributions of those who go above and beyond energizes you. Collaboration across our healthcare system in the name of quality patient experiences comes second nature, as does developing a learning culture for your staff. You’re excited to foster an inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued. You will coordinates nursing, physicians, and hospital services for the assigned facility while maintaining an awareness of issues that impact patient care. This role is responsible for overseeing patient flow, intrafacility patient transfers, communication, and education that impact Length of Stay. Additionally, the Manager directly supervises and provides leadership to the RN Expeditors.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing required
  • 3 years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry or a healthcare setting required
  • RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
  • BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
