What You’ll Do:

• Champion our mission by fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Build and nurture referral relationships with healthcare providers, payers, insurers, and community partners.
• Design and execute innovative business development strategies to expand our reach and impact.
• Analyze referral trends and service data to guide strategic decisions.
• Lead and support the HCIC team, ensuring optimal staffing and smooth operations.
• Manage departmental budgets with precision and purpose.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
• Uphold professional standards in appearance, attendance, and conduct.
  
  
  

What You Bring:

• RN with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Business Management.
• At least 2 years of community health nursing experience, with proven leadership and business development skills.
• A track record of building strong referral networks and client relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Creative problem-solving and a client-centered mindset.

Working Conditions:

This role operates in a dynamic healthcare environment with frequent use of phone, email, and computer systems. Travel is a key component — you’ll be visiting referral sources and community partners regularly. A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance are required.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $80,000 to USD $135,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits.
