This role operates in a dynamic healthcare environment with frequent use of phone, email, and computer systems. Travel is a key component — you’ll be visiting referral sources and community partners regularly. A valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and insurance are required.

In compliance with New Jersey's Pay Transparency Act, the total compensation range for this position is USD $80,000 to USD $135,000. When determining an offer, VNA Health Group considers factors such as the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's work experience, education/training, relevant skills, internal pay equity, and market and organizational conditions. The total compensation range reflects the total package, including base salary, overtime, bonuses, add-on incentives, special clinical compensation, retirement plans, and all other benefits. What You’ll Do:
- Champion our mission by fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Build and nurture referral relationships with healthcare providers, payers, insurers, and community partners.
- Design and execute innovative business development strategies to expand our reach and impact.
- Analyze referral trends and service data to guide strategic decisions.
- Lead and support the HCIC team, ensuring optimal staffing and smooth operations.
- Manage departmental budgets with precision and purpose.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Ensure full compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Uphold professional standards in appearance, attendance, and conduct.
- RN with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Business Management.
- At least 2 years of community health nursing experience, with proven leadership and business development skills.
- A track record of building strong referral networks and client relationships.
- Exceptional communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Creative problem-solving and a client-centered mindset.
- Tech-savvy with solid data analysis capabilities.
