Occupational Health Nurse

About the Role

As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will lead the delivery of health services at an on-site clinic, ensuring the well-being of employees through proactive care, case management, and compliance with health and safety regulations. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to support a safe and healthy workplace.

Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Case Management

• Assess, treat, and follow up on occupational and non-occupational illnesses and injuries.
• Provide medical case management for Workers’ Compensation, Short-Term and Long-Term Disability, FMLA, and ADA cases.
• Administer health services including immunizations, TB skin tests, blood pressure checks, and health counseling.

Program Oversight

• Manage the on-site occupational health clinic and maintain compliance with Siemens Healthineers policies and Medical Director guidelines.
• Oversee the Body Fluid Donor Program, including annual medical history reviews and donor eligibility assessments.
