Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington is hiring a Certified Nurse Aide!

• Schedule: PRN (As Needed), 7:00am-7:00pm, Approximately 1-2 shifts per bi-weekly pay period**
  
  

Certified Nurse Aide Post-Surgical Unit at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic and Spine Hospital – Arlington:

• Interface with visitors, patients, family, and physicians on phone and in person.
• Performs clerical duties including distribution of messages.
• Performs clinical duties, under the direction of an RN or LVN, including assisting patients to the restroom, removing iv catheters, etc.
• Cleans rooms if needed.
• Assists RNs as instructed.
• Any other duties as instructed by supervisor.
  
  

Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  

Licensure/Certification:

• CNA license required
• Current CPR required
  
  

Required Experience:

• Good communication and people skills.
• Excellent telephone skills.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills.
• Excellent Clinical Skills appropriate for a NA, PC Assistant
• 1-year acute care hospital experience, preferred.
