Job Summary:

The Hospice Field RN provides compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals at the end of life in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. This role requires independent scheduling, travel, and documentation, with support from an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications:

Licensure: Active RN license – Required

Certifications:

BLS – Required

Valid Driver’s License & Vehicle Insurance – Required

Experience:

1–2 years of hospice home visit experience – Required

Experience in LTC settings – Preferred

First-time travelers accepted

Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in Homecare Homebase

Strong communication and listening skills

Ability to provide emotional support and education

Independent decision-making and time management

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
