Salary: $67,000-$72,000 Per Year

Description

Provide direct clinical support and assist with diagnostic testing and vaccinations.

Manage administrative tasks such as hospital discharge follow-ups and vaccine inventory.

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for high-quality patient care.

Adhere to state health regulations and practice guidelines.

Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate efficient patient flow within the clinic.

Administer injections and perform phlebotomy as needed.

Maintain accurate documentation and manage patient records.

Assist in coordinating patient care and communicate with external providers.

Ensure compliance with infection control and quality standards.

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse with active licensure in New York.

1-2 years of experience in an ambulatory care setting.

Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers.

Phlebotomy Skills Preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
