Job Description:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Las Cruces, NM. The LPN will provide quality nursing care to residents, assist in daily clinical operations, and support the interdisciplinary healthcare team in ensuring excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of an RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient conditions and document care provided.
• Assist with care planning and resident assessments.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and facility policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of New Mexico.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
