Department: Assisted Living & Memory Care

Wage: $40 to $44

As a Care Nurse Supervisor, you’ll guide Resident Care Assistants, support residents in both Assisted Living and Memory Care, and help create a warm, connected community where everyone feels at home.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support RCAs during daily care
• Complete assessments and ensure accurate documentation
• Respond to emergencies and collaborate with families, providers, and care teams
• Serve as a key leader across both Assisted Living and Memory Care
  
  

What You Bring

• Active LPN license
• 1–2 years of nursing experience (senior care or memory care a plus)
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
